What are BCCAs?
BCAA stands for “branched-chain amino acid“. There are three specific essential amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine & Valine.
Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body, that is why we need to take nutritional supplements. Most amino acids first need to be processed by the liver to be then transported to our muscles through the bloodstream. BCAAs, however, can be directly absorbed by our muscles and are converted directly into energy by our bodies.
How do BCAAs work?
BCAAs help build and maintain muscle, but also prevent muscle loss. They are not just used for competitive athletes and bodybuilders, but for anyone who is active or works out.
Usage
Add 1 heaped scoop (6.5g) of Battle BCAA to a shaker bottle and pour in 150ml of cold water. Adjust water to taste. Shake until mixed and consume. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Scoop is an estimate only, we recommend the use of weighing scales.

Storage
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Due to the hygroscopic nature of some ingredients, the powder can sometimes clump together but this does not affect the overall quality of the product. You can break these clumps up and mix back into the rest of the powder safely. We advise keeping the silica gel packet in the tub and resealing the tub tightly when finished. Please store in a cool and dry environment.
