Blue Dragon Wasabi Paste is a Japanese style horseradish which is perfect for spicing up food or enjoying alongside sushi and sashimi. To create a softer dip simply mix with some soy sauce for a balanced and looser sauce.
This pungent condiment draws out wonderful flavours in fish and can also be used for dressings, marinades and noodles.
