WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I TAKE AT4?
Always follow the instructions on the container. Take 1 serving (3 capsules), twice daily – 30 minutes prior to breakfast and 30 minutes prior to lunch OR Take 2 servings (6 capsules) first thing in the morning, 30 minutes prior to breakfast. DO NOT EXCEED 6 CAPSULES PER DAY. Cycle 5 days on and 2 days off. After an 8 week cycle of AT4, take 4 weeks off before running another cycle.
CAN I TAKE AT4 WITH GRENADE® THERMO DETONATOR® OR GRENADE® .50 CALIBRE®?
Yes, as AT4 contains no stimulant ingredients, it can be taken with Grenade® Thermo Detonator® and/or Grenade® .50 Calibre®. Use each product as directed.
I’M IN THE MILITARY, CAN I USE AT4?
All Grenade® products are formulated to contain ingredients that are in accordance with UK food supplement regulations and do not contain ‘medicinal’ ingredients. They don’t contain substances like geranium, ephedrine, prohormones, steroids or other ingredients which have been banned by the military and which can be found in other supplements.
