Our Protein Brownie is a delicious dessert: it is easy to prepare and thanks to its high protein content it is able to satisfy the high protein requirements of people living an active life. You can easily prepare this delicious cake that has excellent nutritional values: it has high fiber content (oats) and low sugar content. One serving of Protein Brownie provides half the dose of fiber recommended by nutritionists.

Protein Brownie contains various protein sources such as whey protein or egg white protein. The product provides our body with all the amino acids it needs, including the 9 essential amino acids. The proteins in the product contribute to the increase and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.


DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven. Mix 2 + 2/3 of the dosing machine (125 g) of product with 150 ml of water in a bowl, with a spoon or a whisk, until obtaining the right consistency. Pour into the pan (a portion corresponds to about 4 Brownie) and cook at 180-200 ° C for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Wait for the brownies to cool before consuming them.
