Wheat bran comes from wheat grain milling and grinding, mostly during milling for white flour production. During whole grain production, just the husks are removed and the grain and bran are processed further.


Why Should I Get Wheat Bran Medium ?

A key component in any muesli, a must-have ingredient for cereal & breakfast. Enjoy this fibre-rich wheat bran with fruit salads or to bake and make desserts, granola bars and sweet snacks.

Use up to 2 tablespoons a day. Can be sprinkled on cereals or used in stews and casseroles.

Soaking bran in warm water overnight at room temperature helps to deactivate phytates in the bran that may hinder absorption of minerals in the digestive tract.
Another way of using wheat bran is to replace 1/4 cup of flour with 1/4 cup coarse bran in breads, muffins, or other baked goods, or as well.

Add 1/4 cup bran to cooked cereals, soups, gravy, mashed potatoes, apple sauce, meatloaf, or casseroles.
