We make our Crunchy Almond Butter using just four varieties of Californian almonds (from a selection of over fifty!). We then carefully roast and mill the almonds here in the UK, which helps to release more flavour. We add a sprinkling of sea salt and that's it. We never use any palm oil.
Almond butter has some fantastic health benefits: it's a great source of plant-based protein, as well as being high in fibre and mono-unsaturated fats.
